HOW AND WHERE WE SHIP

 

As a new winery just launching our first releases, we are currently only shipping to our customers who reside in Washington State or Oregon.  We are working to expand our shipping capacities.  Free delivery is available for Skagit or Whatcom County customers purchasing 12 or more bottles.

We carefully pack and ship our wine via UPS.  Shipments are typically sent UPS Ground, unless you select otherwise, and are sent within 1-3 business days of receiving the order. Kasari Cellars shares shipping costs with customers by offering discounted, flat-rate pricing wherever in the contiguous U.S. that we ship.  If you are under a tight timeline, please email us to discuss timing.  Also, if we suspect that your wine will be subjected to extreme temperatures, we will hold the shipment in order to avoid damage to the wine.

We do not offer International sales or shipping at this time. UPS cannot deliver wine to P.O. boxes, so PLEASE provide a physical address where someone 21 or older can sign for the wine. By law, all packages containing alcohol must be signed for upon delivery by an adult (21 or older). UPS will not leave such packages on door steps, even if the recipient has requested this. UPS will attempt to deliver packages containing alcohol 3 times before sending it back to Kasari Cellars. For this reason, we recommend shipping to a business address where an adult is always on site, if possible.  You may also set up an account with your local UPS Store and have your wine routed there.
